My two cents on the this topic “Diversity”

When people talk about diversity; they talk about difference between people’s characteristic and sometime references the topics that are more difference from them. The big idea here is, what different from the point of view is.

Do I have the correct accent? Do I wear the correct clothes? Or do I eat the correct food? Those questions you will hear regularly when you have a conversation between people talking to about differences between cultures or even countries. 

Traveling is fun, you get to know everything or when people visit you, you have the opportunity to see what people are used to do in the same position that you have. Based on my experience I thought that people from the Caribbean should have the same manners, no matter about the country; but you will see that there are different accents, clothes and the schedules for do everything are different.

I strongly believe that there are no differences, what exactly is; is that everybody have their own way to things around the world and we should learn those “differences” to take benefit and can get along with all.

As environment work wise; this is a great challenge deal, since in order to continue with your objectives as more you understand the way the other person ideas are; that will be the way you can obtain the same goal without difficulties.

Cuando la gente habla acerca de la diversidad, hablan de diferencia entre características de las personas y hacen referencia en algún momento los asuntos que son más diferentes de ellos. La idea aquí es, ¿qué diferencias desde el punto de vista es.

¿Tengo el acento correcto? ¿Debo llevar la ropa correcta? ¿O comer la comida correcta? Esas preguntas se escuchan habitualmente cuando usted tiene una conversación entre personas que hablan acerca de las diferencias entre las culturas o incluso países.

Viajar es divertido, se llega a saber todo, o cuando la gente que nos visite, usted tiene la oportunidad de ver lo que la gente está acostumbrada a hacer en la misma posición que usted tiene. Basado en mi experiencia pensé que la gente del Caribe deben tener los mismos modales, no importa sobre el país, pero podrás ver que hay diferentes acentos, la ropa y los horarios para hacer todo es diferente.

Creo firmemente que no hay diferencias, Lo que es exactamente, es que todos tienen su propia forma de hacer las cosas en todo el mundo y debemos aprender esas "diferencias" para tomar ventaja y poder llevarse bien con todos.

En lo que ser refiere a un ambiente de trabajo, es un gran desafío, ya que con el fin de continuar con sus objetivos cuan más pueda entender la forma en que las ideas de la otra persona son, esta será la forma en que puede obtener el mismo objetivo sin dificultades.
